2023 Redeye Windows Don't Go Down When Using Fob

Anyone else with a 2023 have this issue?

On my 2020 HC, in accordance with the owner's manual, I could lower the windows with the key fob (2 quick presses of unlock, hold on 2nd press for 3-5 seconds... windows all roll down). On my 2023, I tried this yesterday and it does nothing. I tried it from up close, farther away, and with different tap sequences and my windows don't auto down. Is this a 2023 thing or am I having an issue?

I thought this was a feature you had to turn on with the tazer?

Nope, it worked on my 2020.
The whole stupid reason I even started messing with it was caused by a YT video I watched where the guy claimed with a certain fob button sequence, you could make the car do a light show with the headlights. I admittedly tried it with some skepticism, and not to my surprise, my car didn't do the blinky little light show. The YouTuber likely had a custom headlight assembly or a tazer and was just claiming that all Challengers could do that as a bit of a click bait exercise. But, that also got me to try out the window thing, and nope.

One of the first things I tried when I got mine, couldn't do it. I was able to with my VWs and Audis, but not my Challengers. Wonder if it works on my RAM...time to go try.

I still can't understand how they haven't figured out to not alert with the front collision sensors when I have the truck in reverse.

The light show is a taser thing.

I just tried mine, and nothing on my 2015 Charger.
Never been able to do that with any of the three 2015+ Challengers that I've had. I'm going to go out and try it again now on my '20 RE...
EDIT: Nope, doesnt work. Also nothing in my manual about that.
Ya know, I might be confusing my Mustang, come to think about it :). Unfortunately, I don't have my 2020 around to check it. I'll chalk it up to a senior moment.

I'm sending you my hourly rate bill dammit. I actually went out and tried it three times, and then dug out my manual for the first time ever lol.

Can be enabled with Tazer or the AlfaOBD phone app ($50). I think Tazer also has a windows up feature.
Worked on the 09 R/T not on the 20 Redeye. Both Challengers.
I thought that in 2015 they took the feature away, must have weight too much?

Yes! It's a Ford thing. My Superduty does that, but not my Challenger.

I think I saw that same video on the gram. He went each of his Dodge vehicles and did it.

I haven’t tried the roll down windows with the FOB yet with my 717 hp Hellcat.

But I’ve read several owners had problems with the remote start using the FOB. It starts and runs for a minute and then the engine sputters a little and turns off. My ‘22 Hellcat does the exact same thing.
‘How about you guys?

‘It’s No biggie. I don’t even need a remote start.

It is a cool feature though. It worked flawlessly on my 19 Scat Charger
That video was a set up. You can’t do those things without a Tazer.
