Does anyone know what emissions the 2023 special edition cars will be built with? Is it CA emissions, 50 state or Federal emissions? If they are not setup to be built to CA or 50 state emissions can the emissions be changed so the cars can be built and registered in a CA emissions state? For example if a person in a CA emissions state purchases a special edition from a non CA emissions state, can the emissions on the car be changed to CA emissions or 50 state before it is built? Ordered cars are no problem as there is an option to choose CA emissions. Is there something similar to change the emissions for the special edition cars that come pre-configured and are not ordered?

Dodge builds all cars to the CA standard. If you order out of state, make sure the dealer checks the CA emissions box, so you have the correct sticker.

Crap, good question. Hopefully Dodge was smart enough to auto fill that box for the limited cars.

Considering none have any engine changes, I'd assume they build them all to CA spec for simplicity. You're likely to have a harder time finding a dealer that is getting one than anything.
