Yeah, Dodge and my dealership. I called and asked for a POC update earlier today with my sales rep. "Hey, sir, can I call you back later? I'm with a customer."And that's how I feel as well.
My response: "Yeah, and who am I to you? Just some random idiot on the phone who' been waiting since December and I can't get an email from you about my current build code on what is likely the most expensive car you'll sell this year?"
They also have a track record of not calling me back or emailing. It takes me 3-5 pokes before someone sends me a 1 line response that usually goes like, "We have no updates on your car." It's why I usually just go through the Dodge chat system. At least I can get the no updates message in about 30 seconds, vs. 2-3 days of pestering the dealership.
