Its been a wild few days with the car. Ive been trying to remind myself of the break in process shifting lower and easing into acceleration but sometimes you just can't help feeding some speed to the ride. The way the car accelerates is magnificent all while sounding incredible and drawing looks all over the place. I have added splash guards and Michelin super sports racing tires on all four corners. 295/35/20 in rear and 275/35/20 in the front. They ride great and do a nice job of launching me forward... much better than the stock pirellis did for the two days i had them on. Land vehicle Vehicle Car Muscle car Hood

Looks fantastic!!!!! That sure didn't take long, and I totally feel you on trying to hold back, but it's just impossible!

I will be putting larger tires on the back too...but I am worried that they will bulge out beyond the wheel and look silly. Anyone have any information on this...maybe regarding 295's or 305's?

Look at some of DrBuick's posts. He has 305 Nittos. He says they fit fine and clear everything ('barely' is the term I think he used). They do stick out a bit. Doesn't look bad but it has to throw up a bit more stuff onto your paint from the looks of it. The 305's are the best upgrade (IMO). They are within 1% of the stock tire size.

It's beautiful. Is that a factory hood, or did you wrap it yourself?

Looks great, enjoy. I'm starting to think there really isn't a color I don't like on these cars. I have my favorites but I can't say I don't like anything. I haven't seen the pearl white up close yet. I keep thinking I won't like that one but when I finally see one I'll probably think it looks nice LOL.

I bet it is a wrap because the front facia is done (or the facia piece was added). Looks great!!!

EDIT: Maybe the facia piece is NOT done. The dark light and reflections are playing tricks on my eyes. Any way you slice it... Looks excellent! In one picture the hood doesn't even look black to me. Crazy how the light is hitting that. Now I'm all confused (doesn't take much).

No wraps done it's all stock billet silver
HAH. Duh! In that first picture, it looks a lot like you have a black hood wrap. I guess I should have opened it to full size. *facepalm*

Good to know...thanks for the information!!! I will see how the stockers perform when the temperatures get warmer out. I wouldn't expect any tire to do well in the sub 20 degree temperatures we've been having in NY.

Did you use the stock rims for the Michelin's? They look great, I have Michelin A/S on my SRT8 and I really like them. Beautiful car, congratulations !!!!
