Slowly. Funds are low and trying to get some people to do work is either months to years away.

I am trying to do what I can on my own and should have the motor back in the car within a couple months after I do some touch up work on the engine bay.

I still need a fuel tank and pump. I was hoping Rick’s Tanks was going to offer a retro tank so it looks stock and is cheaper. I may end up getting the stainless still just so I can start the car.

I purchased an 8HP90 from an unnamed member and we found a hole in the rear behind the mount. He refuses to reply but I am trying to see if the internals can be transferred to a new case if I’m lucky.

I am using the factory 8 3/4 rearmed with new leaf springs for now.

Yours will be awesome when it is done. More power, mpg and fun to drive on the interstate with that transmission.

I’m just a few minutes south of Nashville if you ever need help with your project, I’d like to check it out.
I went with an aeromotive tank. The good thing about them is they can build your tank to use the regular return style in tank pump or even the Dodge Fuel pump control module system so you won’t need a return line or regulator, all looking stock.

I put in a rear out of a 2014 challenger and narrowed it down 3 inches to fit the wheels I wanted. I want it to drive like a new car.

I appreciate it. I am waiting on some parts right now and it will probably be the end of July before I do much more to it.

I am planning to use a fuel tank without a regulator. My wife had one blowup on her Audi and it did over $8000 in damage.

So what kind of rise do you have?
