Was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the touchscreen in their car. Mine will not store favorites on the Sirius, it will show the star next to the artist or song, but won't let you know when they are on. It also will not display the proper traction setup under the custom tab in the srt page. It shows traction in track mode, not street mode, but when u go to the set up screen it shows it is in street mode. Not sure if I'm the only one with an issue, thanks

Try a hard reset , remove the neg battery cable and leave it off for 10 min. The system will reboot itself and see if this fixes the issue.

Thanks I'll give it a shot, I love the car and it may be a small annoyance, but it's still an expensive car, it would be nice for it to work right

Did the hard reset work or do you have to get a software update reason I ask is mine is screen has been slow to respond I might try the reset trick If it worked for you!

Unfortunately it did not work, the dealership is checking with Chrysler to see what can be done....kinda suck right now...

Yeah I may have found my first complaint about the car and mb their is a fix idk yet but it's great to have SRT modes page where you can set transmission to track shift mode but pages are slow to load and when I change it shut car off and next time I start it the settings don't stay where I put them wtf it is pissing me off I want the trans in track mode ALL the time it is the reason I got it man it's like having superpowers but always have to wait for settings to reload man this has got to be dealt with! Dr Buick where u at brother?

I was having problems with Uconnect remote functions and called Uconnect for support. There is a web site to check by vin number the status of your system - Uconnect Software Update - Update your Uconnect System -
The issue I see is the complexity of the system - not clear how the software is segmented and how the different modules interact with each other - radio module, Uconnect, performance pages, cambus interface - etc. updating one may effect others - would be nice to see the logic as to how the software modules interact - I expect this will never happen.

The end user can down load and apply the update from this site - but like all software updates you are at the provided mercy - no listing of known bug fixes or other updates that must be performed befor installing the latest one.

Can anyone chime in on this?

To get to your favorites and alerts, press the Browse button first. (Bottom left side of the SXM screen.) THEN you will see the settings and management console for favorites and alerts.

Again, pressing the Browse button is the way to get to setting alerts and managing favorites.

At least for me, this was not clear in the manual, nor was it intuitive. Now my alerts have been set. Finally!

I'm having an issue with trying to play Pandora off my phone. I can get it to work, that's not the issue

The default is set to my phone's media player and it takes forever to turn that off and try yo get the Pandora station on.

Sometimes I'll get a text or phone call and it drops Pandora and starts playing my phone's media player. Frustrating....

Other times I'll get a call or text and the radio doesn't play as loud.

Odd...
