Been waiting since August 7 as most of you well know. Finally, a scheduled delivery date and the car goes on the dealer website, so I look at the window sticker. WTF? No Laguna leather. That is the one thing I was holding out for. I could have had 2 other cars without it and was supposedly skipped over in the December allocation because of it. Nothing against the Alacantra, just wanted Laguna. The dealer was able to add red seatbelts in January when I got the VIN and D, but they can't get the Laguna from the original Order at this dealership. The wife says go to an interior shop or call Chrysler and have it changed. Or I add a profit on it, dump it and buy something else. She said this never would have happened if I had ordered a Corvette, and she is right. The dealer is blaming Chrysler for pulling orders and deleting the hoods and Laguna. I think that is BS. Anyone have any ideas how to proceed? I am just beside myself after waiting this long. I just wanted my car how I wanted it

Wow, I have Laguna and wouldn't change it for the world! I'd try to get the dealer to pay for it!!!

Ask RS to look into if it was on the original order. If it is not, dealer probably never added it. If it is on bill of sale when you ordered, Dodge might send seats out to dealer for replacement. Call FCA and complain. They might give you answers if the car exists already. We all know they have no answers for VONS.

I would take the car and try out the Nappa for a bit. Pocket the $1800 saved and after a while, if you want to upgrade, check around at local upholstery shops and have it done locally. Just get the cat...don't mess around. Seriously, get the cat, throw a guilt trip on your dealer and FCA and maybe you will get some free service/oil changes or something.

Don't dump for profit and buy a MY2016 if there's a chance The standard starting MSRP will be higher by the time order banks open. You never know. However if Laguna is that important to you then yeah do what you gotta do bro bfusion

The reason you dump it for a profit is to cover the 2016 MSRP. Dodge isn't going to send seats if the car wasn't built that way unless your some big shot

True I'm just saying if they raise the MSRP by like $10,000 - $20,000 then it won't be worth it unless Laguna is really really really needed then yeah go for it

There a few places that can put leather on the seats,I would just take the car, and be done waiting..all these issue will be gone when you start your car

You have a great point. My wife said, "the leather is not what makes the car". She is absolutely right, but somebody needs to give me some satisfaction. How tough is it for front and back seats and door panels
