I want ask about
If I want to know what spacers will push the stock wheels out to the edg
Without any issues with fender
How many MM need to push

6mm is the max safely on stock lugs. I wouldn't use anything more.

Why can you just explain that to me
You need at least 14 mm of thread engagement (which is about 9.5 lug nut turns) to be safe. Anything thicker than 6 mm won't give you that. If you want a thicker spacer, you need longer studs. Or you can use a special kind of lug nuts (called ET-style: google it) that will give you extra ~6 mm of thread engagement; this way you can get away with up to ~11-12 mm spacers and stock studs.
