I recently installed the hellraisen 2.85 upper pulley with demon injectors tuned on 93. The car went for a tune on a mustang dyno, the car put up these numbers. My tuner said my fuel pressure was dropping to 71 psi (he tried to keep it around 80psi) and i might need a boost a pump to supplement fuel supply. (can i get advice on which boost a pump to go for). He also stated my intake (LMI) temps were spiking on dyno upwards to 160F. He recommend replacing CAC pump. (Could i get more info on which ones to go for).

I recommend the JMS boost a pump . It's easier to hook up , has more control and doesn't fail as much as the kenne bell does .
But the dual pump kit is the best option .

The LMI only works well when the car is moving . Sitting still on the dyno there is not enough air flow .

This might be slightly off topic but will adding the 2.85 pulley put a hit on gas mileage? Obviously, yes under heavy load but let's say highway constant speed.. blower will be spinning faster so will that automatically equate to more fuel demand?

If I'm reading the graph right you gained over 75 HP just with the different pulley and injectors ??
I got closer to 100hp as advertised. My duty cycle is good as well.

I have the same pulley on mine with a AC Killer Chiller. Also Dynatech header. Previous owner had everything done. He never told me anything about different injectors or fuel pump. He claimed it was 725 WHP. I didn't get the dyno sheets or any receipts. Just thought it was interesting how much power you got just with that pulley. I wasn't aware that bigger injectors were needed with it and a bigger fuel pump. I would think I would notice something isn't right if it was starving for fuel.

If your engine is starving for fuel what you will eventually notice is a loud boom from the engine compartment.....I had the 2.85 on my Challenger Hell Cat and Charger Hell Cat. I also installed Demon injectors as advised by my tuner. Both cars were dynoed and had no issues with fuel delivery.

Just talked to guy I bought my car from. There aren't bigger fuel injectors or a bigger fuel pump. Will call the shop that did all the work sometime this week. If I install the Demon fuel injectors will I have to have the car tuned again ??
