So I'm new to boost and going threw the gauges and seen the air intake was 104 and only 73 outside.... normal??

Based on my experience with my 2018 Hellcat, yep, normal. Intake air temperature ran around 40F above ambient. Inter cooler coolant temperature ran about 10F above ambient. The liquid cooled inter cooler has some pluses but can't compete with a good air to air inter cooler -- like I had on another of my turbo charged cars -- when it comes to keeping the intake air close(r) to ambient. This (factory) turbo charged car had two air to air inter coolers -- one for each turbo -- and the intake air temperature ran about 10F over ambient.

Surprised it's not higher honestly even with the stock air box. I have the LMI intake, and let's just say you trade some colder temps for the whine
