I changed my Air filter to an AFE dry today. I thought the old filter was pretty nasty for 3 months 3000 miles with only a week of bugs being out.. I don't see myself cleaning and re-using the performance filter.

NP... I found some good pictures from a link that TallCool1 posted.

Now I'm trying to find some independent information on how well these things actually filter. Paper is hard to beat from a filtering perspective. I like performance but I don't want dust and fine stuff entering the engine if possible.

I'm coming up on 3k miles... Picked her up 1 month ago. Some people drive a lot with my 60-70 mile round trip commute everyday, it goes by fast

I went with 31-10220.. its dry and filters down to the fine stuff. I dunno
