Is very similar just another fancy name, Is also called Micro-suede.
Same sort of cleaning technique?

From what I have research you use a microfiber cloth to clean and a soft brush for the micro-fiber. i personally use Pinnacle Black Label for Alcantara, but I was wondering what other members use.
Are they hard to clean or are you afraid of them drying out and cracking?

There are not really hard to clean, plus I have ceramic tint all the way around for interior protection.
