Today I changed my avatar because I am an American and I love my flag and my country. I know that this forum is about the Hellcat, but I am super pissed off at these group stepping on the flag and dishonoring the whole country. I love America and being an immigrant makes me love it even more.

I've walked through protesters for many years at the Pentagon, buried one of my heroes and carried her casket draped in that American flag she lost her life for, looked at too many boots and dog tags during current conflicts, saw what past conflicts did to my dad....nothing hurts more to see that flag disrespected. It's one of the freedoms we should not have...and I'm all about what our nation stands for...too many fallen have paid the price to fly that flag.

I met three WWII veterans since moving to America, two of them are family friends. One died three years ago and was a real class act. I cannot imagine what he would have said or felt while seeing these idiots doing that. Somebody needs to do something now. The President, the Congress, somebody.

A lady in Georgia was arrested the other day for taking a flag from a group that was stomping on a flag. Amazing. This world is upside down.
