ARH 2" Long Tube Headers
Jet Hot 2500+ degree Coated Headers
ARH 3.5" X Pipe Cat Delete
ARH Full 3" Rear
ARH Mid and Rear Mufflers
Z1 Exhaust Valve Simulators
Stage 8 Header Bolts with Locks

Installed BMR poly engine mounts and ZL1 trailer tie down points during install.

Had to modify my BMR driveshaft safety loop for rear O2 sensor clearance.

Also modified my BMR subframe connector center brace to clear the exhaust.

Alot of work. Alot...... Many impacts with skull to solid metal objects
Car is more quiet now than with my JBA cat delete pipes, 1194 vibrant mid mufflers, and stock rear mufflers.
Very deep at idle, no rasp, but sound very health at throttle. I bet the mufflers will break in and sound even deeper.

Installation was done on park lift;

Disassembly
1) disconnect battery
2) raise vehicle
3) remove exhaust and down pipes and O2 sensors
4) unbolt front sway bar frame mounts and let bar hang by endlinks
5) remove bolt holding rack lines on passenger side
6) unbolt two steering rack bolts from K-member and let hang by outer tie rods
7) remove steering shaft
8) support engine
9) remove both engine mounts, passenger side has bar that runs to alternator, leave loosely attached at alternator
you may need to take oil filter off, I was doing an oil change when done, so it was in the way
10) remove both manifolds, moving engine up and down, also used a ratcheting tie down to move engine from side to side

Intallation;

1) Install headers, move engine up/down back/forth, torque from center bolts outward.
I used stage 8 header bolts with locks. Got the locks all on there, antisiezed the bolts. They supplied a spacer for the dip stick bracket, I did not use because none of my bolts would be long enough.
Install front and rear O2 harness extenders and let hang
3) Install engine mounts back in and lower engine
4) Install rack and line bolts
5) install front sway bar
6) install steering shaft
7) install front O2 Sensors and plug in
8) build exhaust from front to rear and leave clamps loose
9) install rear O2 sensors and plug in
10) work you way back the exhaust adjusting it and tightening clamps. Clearance near the diff was also a challenge because I have a DIRS Brace. My wife had to stand behind the rear and verify the rear mufflers were level so I could tighten clamps.
11) cut tip clamps from factory exhaust, very easy, you may be able to just bend back and forth on the little weld and they may snap off.
12) install tips and get level, tighten clamps.
13) if one tip sits in farther than the other, loosen clamp at x pipe on that side, use a ratcheting tie down to pull on the hanger towards the rear. I hooked the lift as an anchor. Pull out till equal then tightened clamp at X pjpe again.
14) Run engine, check for leaks, check clearance.
Good to go.
15) Clean up the hundreds of tools you used. 1/4 inch drive and wrenches, extensions, wobble sockets....... Best of luck to you. Cancel your dinner plans.

Looks great but more intrigued by the sub frame connectors. Maybe a PM conversation but how do you like them? Could you feel much of a difference?

They are so if you put aftermarket exhaust on that deletes the valves, you don't get a CEL.
Get Mfers if you just want the valves open all the time.

What height of spacers did you use on the bmr drive shaft loop to clear the 4 inch ds?
I do not remember.
Search the forum, I believe i did a write up.
1/2 inch maybe....
