So I plugged my android phone in to my U connect. When I get text messages it pops up on the screen and it says play I press play and nothing happens. It has worked before what's going on can anyone give me any ideas? Thank you

If it is acting like it's playing, turn you volume knob up to see if that's the issue.

Thanks! I tried everything still not working. It says play out loud but it won't play the message
