Charger has both. Not sure why they would do different options in the vehicles.It doesn't but should have seat memory and auto up and down windows. 2 pretty basic and easy things to offer on a $65,000 car.
I hope not, because that's a bad reason.My guess is: Challenger, usually solo driver. Charger, family car (his, hers) 2 seat positions. Obviously this is not true for everybody, but maybe that is the line of reasoning.
