Looking to pickup a jailbreak but concerned about the SC longetivity.. anyone have any person experiance with higher mileage hellcats still without supercharger issues? 90k-100k miles plus?
92,600+ at the moment. Had a super charger issue around 50,000 miles. But this is a 2015 and they improved on the super charger internals after 2017.

The long and short of it goes like this: Modify the car if you can afford to pay cash today for a new supercharger. If you don't routinely keep 12-15k worth of cash on hand, then don't modify it and buy an extended warranty.

There are a few very expensive repairs that an extended warranty covers. The supercharger is the biggest item, but a close second is the rear diff, maintenance-free transmission, driveshaft, and don't forget the UConnect screens. If any of those gives out down the road, it's a pretty hefty repair bill. I'd not keep a long term HC that wasn't on an extended warranty unless I was actively racing the car. For a high mileage street car... IMO, leave it alone or it won't make it very far without some serious money investment.

Add I/C pump to the list.

I had 112K miles on my 2015 Hellcat with no SC issues. Actually with zero issues. Great dependable daily driver. So much so that I just picked up my new Redeye in March and already have 13k miles on it and it is all I hoped it would be.😉

I gotta believe ANY blower that had that many hours on it would be getting ready to tell you to gfy

Especially if it was used as intended…
