LOL.... Just wondering what is happening nationwide regarding the car and some of the issue that had been raised prior regarding performance, distribution, dealer markup s, etc, etc. That's why I said "regardless of the reason or driver".

Wow, that's a rather global assumption considering I did not mention any particular subject matter. What subject exactly would be a waste of time?It would be a waste of time, no lawsuits that I am aware of.
