Hey guys, looking to see what a full weight H/C (non-redeye) would typically run with an ATI 10% lower? Looking at blower speed, a 3.1 upper alone or Incognito lower should all be about the same thing so you guys can chime in as well.

We're talking tuned on 93 octane, other bolt ons like intake/exhaust are fine too but no upper.

From what I have seen, it appears it should be possible to get a Cat into the 10.5-10.6 range with those mods, maybe faster depending on DA. 1/4 mile calculator shows a 4600lb race weight with 750whp running right around 10.6, but looking to get some real world data from guys actually doing it.

My HC Charger started the T&T and R&D of parts with [email protected] and my husband @Top Cat
At this mod I was at 10.3. I will let you know MS109 is always a good additive to keep your engine safe while racing.
At the 10.3 it was discovered that when bigger injectors were needed.
I will say that Tuning has advanced and Hellcats can go much faster than what was known back in 2015

But Always keep your engine safe.
10.5 below use something like a half tank of MS109

Thank you! Definitely don’t mind running a bit of race fuel to get the most out of the car. I also have somewhat of a different HX setup than most here (very large 32x14x2 front mount with a 5 gallon trunk tank and davies craig 150 pump/ice box) so I’m hoping IAT’s will stay a bit cooler through the traps than most running stock HX stuff

alsohave Demon injectors in it as well, along with long tube headers. The big X factor is I’m running an MMX NSR cam. From what I hear , it usually adds about 25whp but there isn’t much good data out there on it. If it really helps the engine breathe any better, boost should drop but i’m really not looking to do an upper to take advantage of that. I really did the cam for sound alone so I'll be happy if it doesn't slow me down, didn't expect much gain. Hoping I could hit my goals with just the lower, which sounds possible if full weight Cats are running mid 10’s

Stock on MS109 i ran a 10.77 in 2400 DA. With the lower you should be in the 10.3 range.

Whatever you do, don’t install the garbage incognito pulley without a tune, no matter what the tooner says that sells it.
Already did the ATI 10%.Got a bad taste in my mouth talking to a rep from RIpa. I needed someone in the NE for tuning and they basically told me they wouldn't tune my car unless I went with the stuff they recommended (all their products off course) because I "wouldn't be happy". The mods they were suggesting was putting me way over the boost/HP levels I was shooting for. seemed way to sales pitchy to me for my liking. I'm hoping my car will be about 3600lbs with driver (it's not a hellcat, but a 70 challenger I'm hellcat swapping) so I figured 750 or so RWHP should be enough to get me into the high 9's if full weight cats are hitting mid 10's with the lower only.

Ended up speaking with OST dyno and got a much better feeling from them. Spoke to the owner and he talked to me for almost an hour about different combos they have tuned and what he recommended but never tried to sell me anything. Little bit of a hike for me but a good tuner is well worth it in my experience.

I also would race these cars on anything other than race fuel. Too much heat to run low octane fuel.
I'll definitely take that into consideration. I'll be running a pretty stout cooling system with a 5 gallon trunk tank/ice box and a custom 31x14x2 heat exchanger but definitely going to keep an eye on IAT's, try to keep timing in the safe range and run a race fuel mix if it seems necessary. I know it would definitely be beneficial. I made about 90 more RWHP on my LSA car using E85 with a ported LSA blower at 16PSI over 93. I'd love to run E85 in the Cat but I don't really trust inferred logic tunes for pump E85 with the varied %'s you see at the pump. A lot different IMO with the GM setups using a flex fuel sensor and ECU tables that were designed specifically for V8's, I've heard some hit or miss stories about Mopars using flex tunes. I'm sure it would be great if I ran E85 out of the barrel that is consistent though.

11.8 @ 125 with m6. Incognito and tune. Mt street R's. There's some room for improvement, only made 7 track passes with it. Thinking some skinnies and a MS109 tune can get me low 11's and possibly break high 10's is my goal

Just to add to this, you don’t need an unlocked pcm to data log. If you have a buddy that has an hp tuners module and you’re curious to see, ask if you can borrow it and install vcm scanner and data log

Do not run ANY pulley with out a tune at or near sea level .it does not work no matter what other people may say ..it has been tested many times . As for running with 1 or both of those pulleys as long as you get a good tune you will have no issues on 93..
Just for reference I ran a 10% lower on basically a stock demon/redeye and had 18 psi and I ran like that for 4 years with out any issues .. I ran 9.6/9.7 on pump gas and 9.3's E85 .
BTW I'm Not a fan of the incognito pulley .. it looks sketchy to me. Plus you over drive all the accessories and will wear them out prematurely
