Got a 21 challenger hellcat and wishing i got a redeye.. but that ship has sailed. I will be doing the direct connect stage kits ... but.. what does swapping with redeye heads get me? Lighter valvetrain with 300 additional rpm? Does that 300 rpm add a significant amount of boost?

you would no longer have a warranty with the head swap to gain close to nothing..

I think it would be cheaper / better to just get a redeye?
Also if your not worried about the warranty a pully and good tune would gain you more.

I've read a couple of places that the high performance engine builders say the plain old Hellcat motor holds up better
than the Redeye and Demon motors when pushed. Something about the valve train being lightened up too much.
May also have to do with lighter/weaker pistons & rods. Dunno

Sorry for the guys pissed about that, I don't have any quotes to back it up and I don't care either way.
Just reporting what I've read on the subject.
