I already bought the new wiring system and a module that it has, it seems that it is a factory problem with the voltage but it is only in the passenger door

But did you buy a new $20 switch? They are incredibly cheaply made plastic and fail frequently.

I bought it directly from mopar, door module wiring and it was installed at the dealer..
