Looked up reviews on Yelp of service departments of Power Broker Dealers in my region and a few of them got a majority of really bad reviews for service.
Makes me wonder what the standards really are for Power Brokers. And when seeking a Dealer for servicing my HC should it even be a consideration?

Probably depends on the Tech and if he/she has had training and/or a SRT Tech.

One thing is for sure... you need to set an appointment with the Service Mgr and create some rapport if possible and then the Tech and then you'll know...

To become a power broker the dealership had to buy into the program and agree to send an X number of techs to training...any dealer could have been it. Nothing to do with anything except their checkbook

LOL. And how do we get in touch with them anyway? They seem to be the current experts on installing the kits since they are the only living humans to have ever actually had documented contact with any of this alien technology.
