I'm running ID1300s on my Trackhawk with an E-85 tune with stock fuel system with a JMS BAP. Are the OE fuel rails a restriction point at all? Looking at the Fore rail set up but not sure if there is any flow benefit to them on the returnless system?

Stock fuel rails could be a restriction point. Actually make that the stock fuel system from pump to injectors.

The stock fuel system is sized for the fuel needs of the stock engine running gasoline with up to an ethanol content of 15%.

E85 can have an ethanol content of up to 83%. Ethanol to air mixture requires more ethanol. Gasoline air to fuel is roughly 13:1. Ethanol is around 9:1. More ethanol means more fuel must flow to the cylinders. And the fuel must be kept at a suitable pressure. To a point the engine controller can widen the injector pulse to inject more fuel to make up for lower than normal fuel pressure. But there is a limit. And with a lower fuel pressure while enough fuel may get injected it doesn't have the fine spray that it would have if injected under more pressure.

To determine if there is a fuel supply/pressure problem data logging might be required looking for signs of insufficient fuel.

I went with the Fore rails on my build just to be sure. I am using E85 with a 2 pump Fore setup on my 2017 with a Demon supercharger.
Next month I am going to add an ATI +10% lower and see what that does for power. Its 900 at the tire currently.

YES, they are a restriction. I port them though and make them able to flow as much if not more than the Fore Rails can. There’s a few restrictions in the stock fuel line right from the pump outlets to each individual injector feed port as well.
I did a long write up on the other Hellcat forum on this subject. I port your rails for $150 plus return shipping to you, PM me if you’re interested in getting it done, I’ve done probably 30 or so sets for Hellcat and RE guys. I just did a set yesterday.

I support 1100 wheel on E85 with ID1700 injectors on 2 295 pumps through the stock fuel line and rails with NO BAP. Search for “Stock fuel rails, why they don’t keep up” on the other hellcat forum and you’ll see what I do to them. Saves 4-500 verses going to fore rail plus you get to keep using your valve cover covers which if you switch to fore rails you can’t any more.
Here’s a link to it but some times the link does not take one to the tread, no idea why.
