I was ready to order a 22 WB Redeye when they released the Jailbreak and yanked all the options away. I don't want one blinged out so a Jailbreak isn't justified plus I can't get a Jailbreak at 4% off invoice.
The options I must have are the satin hood, 3.09 rear end and preferred Brass Monkeys but I can go aftermarket on them.

Am I I stuck with a Jailbreak to get what I want or order a RE WB without and then add after delivery or is there any info about those basic options being added back?

I’m in the same boat. Only thing I would want is 3:09 and the carbon suede package also Laguna. With those few options Jailbreak isn’t worth it to me.

It really comes down to your dollar you want to spend. Have you checked with Jake in Kentucky or Craig at Koons to see if you can order a jailbreak under MSRP? If those are the only must have's outside of the HCREWB configuration, it's easy to get the hood wrapped in satin and you can always remove it if you want to later for a different look. The gears would be easy enough to have installed but you may have to search around for the wheels if you decide you want OEM but aftermarket should be easy enough to get. Just know the aftermarkets may not be as strong as OEM if you do any tracing with it.

If you want that stuff you are just better off to pony up for the JB on an order. You will pay almost as much or more in the end to piece the options together.

If your not carving corners. Get a Super Stock and buy some 20 inch rims as a daily driver option. add the 18's to go to Cars and coffee.

Only difference is the front brakes really and if not road racing your never going to know.

Yes, you are stuck, and many are in this boat with you. I ordered my JB Charger on 1/4/22 with limited options and at 5% below invoice (plus a $425 doc fee) and I have the deposit down and signed contract of course. Does the dealer have allocation at this moment? Likely not. Will I get this car? Don't have a clue. Can he adjust the priced based on recent increases? Yes he can, based on the terms and conditions of my contract. So, as so many have said, none (or almost none) have been built or delivered. Just going to see how it all plays out for a few months. Not an economist, but interest rate hikes coming from the Fed coupled with a potential downward adjustment of investment accounts can change many things. I'm down about 130K YTD. No problem. Double that to 260K - still OK but I'm starting to squirm - got enough cash to cover about three years of expenses (and a JB) without touching equities but I'll get more prudent. Will that stop the cash buyers on this board? Nope. Will it dent overall demand for 100K weekend toys? I say it would for those folks that work for a living and are trying to make payments and buy $4-$5 gas to feed these toys. If the economy stays good and I don't get my JB I will just have to suck it up and get a RE. I'm not paying MSRP for a JB just based on the principle. Frustrating that we can't order what we want but I have now gone 3 months without a wall oven/microwave combination that has expired. Looking at summer or fall - can't get a forecast. It will all work out - just may have to have some patience and a back up plan.

And why do you want a WB? The appearance? And why a 3.09? If you do research, and if I recall correctly, the jury is still out on the advantage of the 3.09 over the 2.62. No offense intended, just trying to figure out your purchase objective. I ordered a NB and can give you a detailed list of why, but no one wants to hear that again!

I prefer the Laguna. Strangely it is standard on the REWB Charger and JB Charger while it is a $3900 up charge on the SS or Challenger JB - and correct, not even available on the Challenger REWB. I am getting the Charger so I guess I catch a break on the interior. But I'm in the minority. Are there going to be that many folks that just bend over and take 4K in the rectum for something that is standard on the Charger and was only $1800 in 2021 on the REWB? I really think this is going to be a niche within a niche type vehicle. The up charges just never stop.

I was on Dan Cummins site just now. They have a 2022 HCREWB Indigo Blue NON JAILBREAK. From the picture it looks like it has carbon fiber trim. This is not available on the non jailbreak which is interesting. Maybe my eyes are deceiving me. Check it out.
