Dropped off my car for the radiator and fuel rail recall for a 7 AM appointment go to pick the car up at 5 PM . They did not do the fuel rail they ran out of time yet they did a list of other Flash updates that I did not know about and could not tell me what exactly was done to my car. You would think the safety recall of the fuel line would of been the most important part . Who do you call or email about bull$hit like this .

Yes they had the fuel rail in they even went and physically checked when I made the appointment they said they could finish it tomorrow but as I informed him when I made the appointment I was leaving town Saturday morning with it Bright and early .

It only takes about 1 hour for the car to cool off enough for them to do the rail. It should have been the first thing done. They did my power steering change first then the rail second. Took 2 hours total. And I told them not to do the flash updates. This scenario is precisely why I refuse to leave my car at the dealer. And dealt only with the service manager. Sorry you had a bad experience. I would be livid.

Sounds like they screwed around and waited till the end of the day. I know it can't always be done, but that is why I wait for my car. The waiters get priority. Your dealer also needs to learn you won't put up with their shizzy when it comes to your Hellcat. My tolerance and expectations increased at the same percentage of my purchase price and I expect my Hellcat to be treated at its price point so, it should be out most other Dodge's except maybe a Viper. I dunno, probably just me and my primadonna Hellcat, he isn't very tolerant of being cooped up in the shop for long.

No it's not you. If you service your car at the dealer you bought it from a HC should take precedent over a lower price car. There are exceptions such as a parent with little ones and the elderly or handicapped. As you see common sense ain't so common.

That's the reason we make appointments first thing when they open, that way we don't leave the car...it's not a dart, or a mini van, or a ram.. I have nothing against those cars, but there not a hellcat,, and God forbid something happens to my car,, it's not like I can have it replaced in a day or two...there are still people waiting on there September cars..

Yeah, interesting you say that because some smart a$$ was like, you should have let them hit your car, you would have got a new one. I was like, first of all, it isn't JUST a car and second, it is irreplaceable right now so, NO I shouldn't have LET the dumba$$ hit my car! Geez!
