I currently have a 2.85 and im getting the ati lower installed. I know that to get the most out of my car I will need injectors eventually. my question(s) are

why does everyone use the BAP and ID1000's?

What exactly does the BAP do that cant be accomplished by just going to the next larger sized injectors?

would 1300's be better than 1000's and BAP?

You don't need the BAP. If you were going to spray it, then yes. The 1000's are plenty. The pump has to supply the fuel to the injectors. Say the stock fuel pump couldn't feed the 1000's, what would changing to 1300's do? Basically stock fuel pump and 1000's on gas is good, more fuel is required on e85 set up.

I believe they run 1300's and BAP on stuck pump, or upgrade the fuel pump. Ask Viper04, bstudey01 and Tim Barth at Barth tuning. That's who you want to talk to on the corn.
