I would like to connect my battery tender pig tail to the under hood passenger side jumper terminals ……any suggestions for the ground side location….. the positive is straight forward?

There is large ground lug nut not far from the positive terminal.

Plug in direct to battery in the trunk and leave it for winter...have done this with all my hellcats and there great come spring no probs

Pig tail would be just as easily mounted to the battery terminals, which has the added benefit of putting trickle directly to the battery 1st rather then running current thru the entire cars harness, before reaching the battery.
Plug can easily fit under the decklid when closed without issue.
Been doing mine that way for years.

Deltran's instructions specifically say NOT to hook it directly to the battery.

I hooked mine up in the two locations shown here. Also installed a set of inlets ring deals to make plugging in the tender easier.
