I'm installing rip a tune sleeve and already have 2.85 upper with stock tensioner . Is anyone running this setup and can help a guy out with belt size?I know I can buy the adjustable tensioner but would rather save the money abd just get the correct belt size. Thanks

I currently have a 2.85 upper & Ripatuned Incognito lower with stock tensioner. I have the Gates K100594HD green belt. No issues or slipping so far.

I am currently installing the 2.85 and ripa lower FIC1000 injectors with tune of course.
What boost am I to expect from this setup?
What fuel do you use 93+, E85, additives…?
Any tips and or pointers would be appreciated I am not too deep into this build can change if it’s not recommended setup. Thank you.
You should see about 15-16psi. The 93 octane should be fine. If you wanna do E85, you might want to consider a dual fuel pump & FIC1200 or ID1300 injectors. Your setup now should be fine though. If you are interested in doing E85, I have a set of ID1300’s that I’ll be putting up for sale soon.
I am 16ft above sea level here in Jacksonville Florida 93 octane E85 is pretty much available everywhere I am not really ready to step up to E85 yet, baby steps, will probably throw on a BAP for same added insurance. Thank you for your guidance.
I'm going to have to get mine tuned again also...for some reason it seems to be running rich
Isn’t 16-17psi the limit of 93 octane?? I feel like I might have to increase my pulley size to a 2.95.
I have also heard that but knowing it for fact I dont and I also dont believe everything I read on the internet....lol But I do know that at around 5300rpm mine's is bleeding off boost for some reason.I can see it on the logs but cant find the reason yet.
You are right, there is a lot of false information on the internet, is there a safety programmed into the tune to bleed off boost, just asking?
