Very reasonable question. You can even go a step further and ask for his name to verify or see the verification.

We don't have one in NW FL. The only one I personally know of is way down in Davie (Miramar). I'm sure somewhere like Jacksonville or Tampa will have one (and probably many more).

I have good luck with SRT service guy Ryan at Suncoast Dodge in St Pete. Their SRT tech has a Viper and seems to do good work.
