I know there have been countless threads on this and I have read through a lot of them before asking this question but I figure there may be handful of you folks who have had plenty of experiences with some pads you've tried over the years and favor best.

I'm getting Demon performance rotors on all four corners of my Hellcat as a step up from the oem rotors for weight reduction and better cooling. Now my next thing to go after is the best performing brake pads I can get for the car. I'm aware the factory brembos are great and I believe they are semi-metallic pads from brembo to be specific. I believe they are probably going to be the end all be all as far as best braking performance all around but before ordering another set I figure I ask you all if you have any recent experiences with some better stopping pads out there if possible.

I mostly drag race my car at the track pretty often and it is my daily. My highest priority is having the best responsive stopping power I can get. I'm aware many different brake pads have there advantages, disadvantages, tradeoffs and so forth. I'd like the best stopping power with a lot of good bite and be able to handle high heat temperatures while being very responsive if I have to stop immediately in a panic situation on the street even if temps are cold.

I'd like good performing pads that handle daily drive stops regardless of cool or hot temps and not having to wait for brake pads to perform at there very best at certain temperatures.

At the 1/4 mile it's not really a big issue as it's a controlled environment and you know when to stop and have reasonable distance to do so. As far as the street you never know if you have to make a panic stop and therefore I'd like to know the best responsive brake pads that bite very well, be responsive regardless of temperatures, and have the shortest stopping distance. Thank you, I look forward in hearing your experiences.

I just finished a class at Radford Racing School. Found out all their cars (redeyes) are totally stock except brake pads, & they use Powerstop. Believe me, they go through Hell.

Yes they used to use the PowerStop Track Day pads and assume they still do, think the brake fluid is also changed to a DOT 4 - Castrol, Motul, etc.

I heard new rotors are going for over $1000 bucks a piece now? How much did those demon rotors set you back? I’m guessing maybe a bit cheaper?

After experimenting with no less than 6 different pad manufacturers (including Powerstop), I settled on Stop Tech “street” pads in front #308.1405 and have Hawk in the rear, until they wear out then Stop Tech back there also. They have all the OE Brembo bite with less dust.
