It looks like you are asking for advice after the fact.
That is the wrong offset for that car. For that reason, you are limited to a 305 or 10.5 width. On good prep with the proper burnout and tire pressure the current tire/setup should hook. I would switch to the the ET Street R's when these wear out.
Get the correct rim and the sky is the limit on tire choices.
Just so you know, I run a setup similar to this : Narrow Body rim on a wide body : but it is because they are expensive BS Win Lights and I only use this small tire setup to set personal bests on max race prep. The reason is, I already had the rims and they are expensive and they were paid for. So I dedicated them for this purpose. And they may offer a very slight aerodynamic advantage. They look goofy, but it's not that bad.
