Len Coby Davis is not going to pay so here is why
I agreed to 100 a hour plus parts. He told me to bill him at 135 a hour because that what he was going to charge All Par for his engine so in April that’s what I did. Nothing said about it he paid his April bill for 8900 and some change
Here comes May Bill agrees to it till car is up running now he says he as a credit for 1300 plus dollars because I was Supposed to charge him 100 hour not 135. I was just supposed to show 135 so he could charge Allpar that amount so he could make 35% off Allpar and kick me some after they are all done ( witch I did not agree with and refused) he had printed off where I did say 100.00 a hour. I said yep gave him a total that he still owed 6830.00.
He has tried to change the deal 3 times now. And now ask me to keep to something I said Jan 20 that I would build the engine and install for 6500. That was way before I had to take apart and mess with things.
Now wants my invoices for parts and my credit car and bank statements lol.
I bought a new block
Had all machine work done
All bearings
All gaskets
All fluids
Rocker stabilizers
Had heads fixed
Repaired wires.
Fixed inner chiller
Added a water tank
I’m sure there is more.
As far as the wheel wells he claims yes I did damage them driving it without a front bumper. I told him the second I seen them and already ordered new ones.
All comes down to a man that never was going to pay. My bad lesson learned.
