Just wanted to make everyone aware of my recent experience with Speedlogix..A few months ago I purchased their billet adjustable control arm kit. When the time came to install the arms, myself and the shop noticed the bushings had slack in them, which allowed them to move around a bit once placed into the control arm itself. Myself and the shop reached out to Speedlogix and their "engineer" spoke with the shop advising them once the parts were on the car, there wouldn't be any slack in the bushings. Well once on the car and the suspension was under load, this was the result..

The other control arm and trailing arm wouldn't move while under load. I reached out to Speedlogix once again and sent them video showing the parts/bushings were indeed defective despite them claiming all was fine. Now almost 3 weeks after showing them their parts are indeed defective on the car, they are saying they will send out new press fit bushings and apparently are swapping out their inventory to these new bushings..I am now going to be out of pocket for additional labor costs resulting from these faulty parts having to be removed from the car and non defective control arms (AAD) being put on the car..Speedlogix has refused to cover these labor costs at all. I advise all of you to avoid purchasing any products from Speedlogix as they apparently don't test their products to ensure proper function and don't care to assist customers who end up wasting money due to their faulty products.

Was just reading his review on their K Member and its sickening..I'm filing a complaint with the BBB here soon. I can only imagine the money their faulty parts have cost people.

:ROFLMAO: I know this wasn't intentional, but you would be justified if it was.
After all, it seems to be the vendor's attitude towards you. Good luck getting this resolved. Hopefully Speedlogix will step up and compensate you for your out of pocket.

Lol that wasn't intentional then but damn am I frustrated at this point..So far it doesn't seem like they will cover any of the labor costs caused by the faulty product at all so its a lost cause. Seems some of us have unfortunately had to pay the price to warn the rest of the market.

I have the speedlogix rear tension arms, and the rest of my suspension is AAD. I got the speedlogix just because I thought I could get away with just doing that lower control arm. Poly bushings. They've worked fine for me.

If I were starting from scratch I'd go all AAD. I've talked to them numerous times, and they really know their stuff and their parts are of outstanding quality and craftsmanship.

This is literally nothing compared to the work Greenmachine15 had to do just to get the kmember to fit

Yeah I'm surprised he went to the lengths he did to make that K member work..I would've probably returned it on arrival just based on the welds alone.

Never heard from them.....

At this point, I would stay away from their products.

Even their lightweight front and rear bumper supports did not fit correctly and needed modified.

Their "engineer" worked at a local motorcycle shop local to me years ago before it closed. He shared this info with me. I spoke to another guy that worked their who is friends with my family. He said that this guy had a dyno and tuned race and street bikes. He got thrown out for blowing up everyones engines. I vaguely remember this years back. Now everything makes sense.

Bottom line, their welds suck. They are welded way too hot and some will be brittle and fail. Hopefully not mine, hopefully not yours.

I wish people would do a little research before dealing with SL and their shit knock-off parts. Live and learn.

Which is why I made this thread, to help steer others away in the future..When I purchased my control arms a few months ago, there wasn't as much feedback as what's began to pop up here recently between others and myself.

Even more telling is that Speedlogix has not responded to this thread or yours. I haven't dealt with them in several years but I don't recall any bad experiences, at least not of this magnitude. They might still be OK for engine dress-up bling, but like you I would avoid them for performance or structural upgrades.

I've said it here (and elsewhere) for years... Its been suspected SL doesnt "make" anything themselves and I seriously doubt they have any "engineers" on staff to take your call (and for what purpose?)
Its all a dog & pony show operation.
They are a clearing house for other manufacturers factory seconds or rejects it would seem and a whole bunch of repurposed chinese / taiwanese garbage from the tuner world, some of which they have their name branded on, as if that somehow gives a crappy product more credibility...lmao.
They sell a lot of products which DO NOT meet or comply with the required US DOT safety standards.
When called out about those small details ( which on some parts is critically important), they go ghost quiet or work with certain forum mods to bury or delete in some cases, the related post / thread.
Buying anything from SlowNoLogic means there is a better than good chance you're buying discount junk.
