Go to Tirerack and see what each tire size gives you as far as tread width and section width. There is a good bit of room in the wheel well. I went 295 no problem but I had to give up a little diameter to get the tire I wanted. Some so called wider tires actually don't give you any more tread width on the ground.

have seen 315's with some wheel well adjustments, it depends on the manufacturer
305 Nitto or MT ET's should work fine
