There's some great posts on how to request balancing. I have been really pleased with the customer service at Discount Tire. I plan to go there to get my new to me gently used 10.5" PK's with 305s balanced before summer. Do they carry black weights or should I bring my own? If so any recommendations on what to purchase, I assume there's some that are better than others?

Bought black weights on Amazon.

Or.............cover them with matte black racers tape for safety like the cool guys do.

Thanks for the suggestions, painting or tape sounds like a great retirement project😏...🤣. I've seen a lot on Amazon or other sites that come black. A wide array of styles, prices etc. I didn't know if there was a significant difference in adhesive, another quality concern or preferred brand among those in the know.

My local Discount Tire does have black wheel weights but you have to ask for them

SOME of the stores have them, and sometimes my local one doesn't have them on hand/they run out
