So I noticed that my 2021 redeye has chrome badges on the fenders which are coming off for PPF. I want black badges can anyone with a 19/20 model year have black badges? I think all 21's have chrome and earlier had black or dark gray.

Are they black? Certain way you look at them they seem like a dark metallic gray.

These are the same badges I put on my 2021 Challenger Redeye. For the most part they are black but in certain light they look dark gun metal gray.

Certain colors chrome works I just don't like them on black.

Not really, they are bright in pics, but look slightly darker in person. Could just be me..

So originally one way to tell a RE from a standard Hellcat was the RE badges are black and the standard Hellcat is gray. Now with the chrome I dont know.

i actually thought the color of the badge was depended on the color of the car. didn't white non-redeyes get black badges??

Great...another expense when my 2021 shows up. Makes no sense that they would have changed to chrome.
