yeah... I've seen dealers do that before. you ask about it it's +20k or whateverI’m just going by the website. It says the price is actually $1000 below msrp. Maybe they threw in the rebate.
Agreed, I have seen it as well. The online price isn't always correct.yeah... I've seen dealers do that before. you ask about it it's +20k or whatever
Not necessarily relevant as we are in the middle of 2022... Dealerships and their staff often change more frequently than you do your underwear. Turnover in automotive sales has been high historically. I'd also hate to say it, but CDJR dealerships are near the bottom of the barrel for the industry; they often don't receive grade A sales people.I contacted these guys in late 2019 or early 2020 about a car they had, before deciding to order my car.
Grade A douchecanoes.
You contacted the dealership in Frisco?Actually 5K off MSRP
Market is falling like a rock
Agreed actually. I’ve been tracking C8 Corvettes and over the last 3-4 weeks the number of available units within 50 miles of me (and I’m not in a super dense area either) has gone from 41 units to 62. All priced way high, nearly none selling. They are stacking up. Eventually the dealers will have to concede and start eating it. They’ll hang on as long as they can though. Its about fking time though.Actually 5K off MSRP

I see that now. I would definitely be hesitant on what the price actually is, as it seems like there is a lot wrong with the listing.lol The MSRP is listed as ~$97k which is incorrect; you can't just make up an MSRP number.Agree on the pop ups, wtf. You can pull up the window sticker and it says $99K.
It looks like prices are about to start falling, market seems to be softening up, we'll see. There is a very small possibility that they will continue production in 24' if that were to happen as soon as they announce values will drop.
I hate to admit my first purchase was on a RE that was marked up about 20K.. and that was after the dealer gave me a "deal" and knocked off some of the price.yeah... I've seen dealers do that before. you ask about it it's +20k or whatever
There are a crap ton on C8s on the road around us. I see 10 for every hellcat I see. Fugly cars. Look like 2 different cars cut in half and glued back together to me. It’s no longer “cool” to have a new C8 so the Vette douches are slowing down on the purchases. Also 5-6 Cats available around here. Absolutely NO reason to pay ADM or to forget the Dbag dealers that tried to stick it to their customers. I heard the Vette markups were insane. They can eat it nowAgreed actually. challenger world I believe is actually a stronger market though and with them coming to an end will likely ride it the longest.
Your post is not necessarily relevant, because you're making a pointless opinion-based yap compared to my actual first-hand experience. Not necessarily relevant as we are in the middle of 2022... Never made it to the actual ad. About 677 pop ups. Screw that.
