It's my first MOPAR with an AT.
Is it normal to hear a click in center console ...and feel it when hand is on the shifter while applying or releasing brake in Park or Neutral?

Yes it is. When you press brake pedal, the switch in the console releases the shifter from park so you can move it. Otherwise, the shifter is locked In park and cannot be moved until brake is applied.

I would say no... I never hear mine...

I would say yes, sometimes. It depends on the car and your mannerisims and habits. I have for sure heard it on some of my Challengers and not necessarily all the time. I have had 10 or 11 so far.

I also hear mine, mostly from neutral to drive.
