I had a 2019 challenger redeye the previous owner had put 2 sets of brakes on in one month I now have a 2021 charger redeye widebody and I noticed after I wash it it has like a oily black spray down the driver's side like it's brake dust that got wet. Does dodge have a problem with their brakes or is this normal

Brembos pads do dust. Many of us have installed Power Stop Z26 Carbon Ceramic pads on all 4 corners to fix the dust issue.

Do you or your car wash put tire shine on?

Most of that will fling right off the tire and down the side of the car.

I run stock exhaust and always will. Don't want to ever upset the "scavenging & back pressure" characteristics of the Factory System.

There is really nothing on these cars that needs modded...

Have you looked under the hood??

Did you get splattered by a truck or car in front of you or drive thru something??

Any smells or odors??

Does this repeat after washing?? If so, get to the Dealer...

I hVe all is good under the hood (lol) and I only see it after I wash it. no smell no oil on the ground nothing just odd

Really odd. I’ve found the brakes on these Hellcats really robust and trouble free.

It actually washes off and after you wash the car it comes back? If so im thinking you have brake fluid leaking.

Suggest getting to the dealer & make sure to check the oil cooler...

Yes definitely and also the transmission cooler considering how many lines are improperly seated. Mine included. Forgot about that, made quite the mess.
