Seriously thinking about trading in my flawless '17 HC for SS only because this is the end of the line.
Still very torn casue I LOVE this car and a lot of $ to trade.

Wait for 2023 or pull the trigger now? Think we''ll see some killer discounts for 2022 or 2023?

I would order now while there are 4/5% off of invoice deals available. I’m guessing even those will go away as we get closer to 2024. “Get one while you still can” price hikes will surely ensue.

^ That's exactly what I'm concerned about.
I missed out on the Demon and don't want to make the same mistake twice... although there may be some special HC editions (that's more than stickers/colors) announced in the next 18 months.

You Sir, have a pristine example of the car that started it all. It’s gorgeous. There’s no shame in keeping that fine beast! As time goes on, nice examples will become rarer and rarer. personally, I’d hold, but you can’t go wrong either way. I’m definitely with Slowpoke, I think the hype in the last two years will make any big discounts a thing of the past. Between that and continued inflationary pressures, I’d move fast if you’re going to go new.

Dennis H/Ace 1894 - thank you, you made my day!
I feel very fortunate to have this HC... and have had more than a few unsolicited offers for it... and actually prefer the original hood. But the SS is very special, as well. If I can't get an exceptional deal I will def (and happily) keep my "Bitchin' Brute" :)

I'm just curious what else is coming with the Never Lift 25/8 program. That alone is enough to make me wait at least til mid 2022 if I were going to trade in/up.

I’d keep what you have. Beautiful car. Why incur more debt for The same care almost.
Because it will eat at him forever. He’ll always wish he had bought a RE. The what if’s are a killer.

We need to replace the wife's 2012 Jeep SRT. It only has 35,000 miles on it but we really want a Trackhawk. This means keeping the 19 HC Charger but I really, really want a Redeye or a SS. Prices are so stupid right now it really goes against my sensible side to pay what they are asking in comparison to what we paid for the 19 during the height of covid.
