I know orders have stopped for this model year. But can I still order one? I don't mind waiting. I am worried that many dealers just took TONS of orders and will never get anywhere near that kind of allocation. What's the dealer markup like now? 10k? 5K? I'm looking for the following options:

White
6-Speed Manual
Black Hood
Brass Monkey Wheels
(Red/Black interior, but optional)
Sunroof (optional)

From what I understand, no more ordering for 2015. Ordering is currently set to start on 8/25 for 2016's. If there are changes to these dates, you will most likely hear it here first. Stay tuned....and welcome to the forum.

At this point you're out of luck for placing a new order. Just spend time searching dodge's website for dealer inventory and see what you can find.

You could always get mad and purchase a Vette or Saleen? I'm told that those are VERY desirable automobiles compared to Hellcats...........

Thanks! So will all unfulfilled orders for the 2015 model automatically roll over as new orders on 8/25? Or do people need to re-order. That feels like forever and a day away. I'm considering the Hellcat or the GT350 Shelby. I bet the Shelby is going to be just as hard to get. At least the R version.

We don't know for sure about 2015 to 2016 automatically being rolled over or any price protections either. Of course we are hoping that left over 2015's will be given first build priority when production on 2016's actually starts on M 9/21/15.

if you have absolutely no problem waiting that long you might want to read posts and ask folks who were treated well by their dealer (including price, among everything else, such as honesty) for their dealer's, and probably their specific salesperson's contact info. then see if you can get a #1 position for MY2016...and I wouldn't at all be surprised if there's already lines forming.

a Mustang forum is going to be a better place to search for info about the R.

meanwhile, see if anything shakes loose that'll work for you, and of course welcome!

Yes, the next coupke days are supposed to be better. Mine has passed all inspections wait for release to a carrier. WTF, I got my salesman working on it now too. Nobody can give me a reason for the 2 week, and counting, hold

When I joined this group, neither of you had your cats and I have been following your sagas. Maybe it's the woman in me feeling emotional today, but I cannot tell you how happy I am that you are both soon to take delivery of your hellcats. It has been a ride for sure, soon to be replaced with sheer euphoria, once you are behind the wheel. Like labor pains, you will recall it was a period that sucked, but the joy of what you have will so outweigh that time. Congrats guys. Now, if Snappycat could just hurry up and take delivery.....
