was curious why they were chosen for the latest SSG for Speed Society as a flow formed wheel as opposed to a forged but oh well

I agree with this question. If there is a critical flaw in the wheel design or manufacturing process please disclose what it is. Or, if you simply have a personal preference for something else, that's fine too. Just make it clear why it's 'junk'. Calling it 'junk' is just an insult, not an argument for avoiding that wheel.

I've been in the wheel scene for over a decade and remember when ADV.1 came out. They were marketing geneses. Wheels were absolute garbage. You can use the google machine to read more. Eventually MHT started making their wheels for them. I found that amusing because the MHT style of the same wheel that they were making for ADV.1 was 80% cheaper. I would maybe run ADV.1 wheels as winter wheels but then I couldn't trust them enough to be safe for my family...

i don’t know the wheels but If it’s the same charger I’m thinking I really like that wrap they did , I could be wrong but I think it’s called super gloss army green inozetek wrap

I'm more concerned about someone who threw money at car stickers (wrap) and custom wheels but put the embarrassingly horrible factory rubber back on them.

If you like that style of wheel, Vertini makes one that is very similar in design with the RFS 1.8. RFS1.8 – Vertini Wheels
I've got a set on my Audi Q7 in double black and love them. If you look here on the forum in the vendors section, there are a few guys that put together some pretty good wheel and tire packages for forum members.

Vossen also has something similar in the HF-3.
