This is what I’ve had done to my 2020 charger hellcat. Any suggestions why it would be loping so hard?

Bad tune for the equipment installed is my guess (assuming all that was installed and is working correctly).

How did you get a tune for it? Has it had a tune or did you do all of that and keep the stock tune? If you did a tune, has it done that since installing the tune. Lots of information left out here...

Your tune is way out off, seeing as you haven’t put a cam in it. Shut it down and tow it to your tuner.
