I've had this happen at crawl speed in parking lots when making a hard turn. No very often, but it feels like steering a manual wheel for a second. Hasn't happened lately though.

I have had the same thing I have only noticed it shortly after start up .

A little Googling and it looks like the Mopar MS-10838 may be rebottled Pentosin CHF 11S. Must be residual influence from Diameler... The Germans love Pentosin CHF 11S. It's good stuff so if this is correct the replacement fluid is probably a step up.
