Challenger rear panel clear coated? Pic inside

I’ve had my car for about 2 months and had it ceramic coated. Since I’ve been looking at my car I’ve made a list of a few areas where there are some scratches I want polished out and re-coated since I’m going back next week to address some other things.
One issue is the area around the DODGE lettering. There are some minor scratches there that I would like cleaned up if possible, one hit with an orbital would clean it up. I’m pretty sure it’s clear coated but it may just be really shiny plastic? Anyone polish this area out around the dodge letters before without issues? Here’s what I’m taking about.

You won’t find a challenger without scratches on this area. Trust me.
yeah it looks pretty easy to scratch back there. Not really concerned about it but if the shop is going to be correcting some areas why not just hit it.

One thing I find I’m not a fan of cermic coat is if you get a swirl you can’t just buff it out yourself. If you do you take off the coating.
So looks like it will scratch easily I see.
That being said has anyone used a light polishing compound on it and did it take out the scratches or did it get more scratched up? It seems like a different finish then the car paint.
