I have a couple dozen single 52mm gauge pod vent inserts designed to fit the 2015+ Charger driver's side vent. This insert retains the factory on/off vent control functionality and still allows airflow around the gauge pod from the vent. It is a snap-in replacement that requires no cutting, glue, etc. Installation is simple and takes a matter of minutes. It is fully reversible if you decide to remove it and put the factory vent fins back into the vent. These are made from high quality black ABS plastic for both strength and temperature tolerance.

These are a great option for anyone who wants to run an ethanol content sensor and gauge while running flex fuel tunes/E85 tunes, aftermarket boost gauges, aftermarket wideband AFR gauges, etc. They're a much lower profile and cheaper option than replacement A-pillars with built-in gauge pods.

Possibly. The Ngauge is larger, so fitting it in a vent could be challenging but we can try a couple of things. Let me do a little research on the dimensions. I assume you want this for a Challenger based on your avatar photo. Is that correct?

Typically, is the wiring for the gauge run through the duct work, requiring cutting, or can it be run beneath the dashboard removable face plate to the vent?

Typically, is the wiring for the gauge run through the duct work, requiring cutting, or can it be run beneath the dashboard removable face plate to the vent?

Typically the gauge wiring is run through the duct and either exits the duct via the seam between the front section of the duct and the main duct, or exits via a hole drilled in the side of the duct. It depends on whether you want to retain the on/off slider functionality for the vent. Running wires to the seam means that you won't be able to fully close the vent. Beyond that, all wiring can typically be run behind the dash for a very clean installation.
