Just wondering if anyone else with a WB running Perelli P-zero’s all seasons is experiencing anything close to me. When I’m driving it’s hard to keep the car going straight seems like the tires are grabbing every little groove in the road and throwing the car all over the place. Took it to the dealership and they said they couldn’t replicate the issue, I got them to rotate the tires that helped for 100 miles or so. I’ve run wider wheels before with no issues like this.

Yes all the time with WB! Something that's hard to get used to. Some roads you barely need steering input and some roads that you constantly have to fight to keep straight. There are some roads that have heavy 18 wheeler traffic it just about throws the car into the next lane.

Yep. The side roads here are super crowned and it's annoying as hell. Def does it a lot more than my 2016 did which was a standard body obviously.

The wider the tire, the more it’s going track road imperfections. Looks great but most don’t consider the impact, especially with fat ones in front.
For the track, I bought a set of Weld 20x12 wheels with 345 series tires for the rear. Just being wider on rear I can tell a big difference in the tracking. There's a little more driving involved.

Well glad to hear I'm not the only one, but it still sucks. Has anyone changed out their tires? When I burn through these I'll be putting Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 on. Always loved these tires with zero issues.
I have Conti. Extreme Contact Sport on mine, 305 in back and 285 in front, with no issues. Yep, I too am a fan boy :giggle:

I wonder if adjusting for a little more toe in would help.

I've had mine for about a week now. I noticed this too, and pretty bad on certain roads. My steering wheel came with sport mode steering set, and a buddy of mine said street will eliminate alot of the tracking and grabbing, and sure enough it did.

I still get it sometimes but not as bad. I do have a little shake on the highway but again on certain sections. Probably just the same issue, wide tires over an imperfect road.

Interesting that changing the drive mode would effect that. I always run mine on track, I love a tight wheel but I'll give it a try on my way home tonight.

Yea I hear ya, I love a heavier tighter feel to the wheel as well, but on my way to work when I first got it, it basically tried to take the wheel from me, and I almost fought to keep it straight. I thought something was wrong with it. Now it's much better

100%. If I see grooves on the road, it’s time to hold the wheel tighter. This is common across the board for all performance cars with wide front tires though, as Vet Rider mentioned with his ZL1. This is a regular comment on car magazine reviews of cars with wide front tires. That more eager bite that helps in the turns has drawbacks in normal driving. There is a trade off with everything!

p.s. I drive with the steering in sport, I just find the street steering unnaturally light for how a big, heavy car should feel IMO.

Just remember it's electric power steering, in sport it is much tighter than street. That being said, I would have alignment checked to see if tracking is true. I know that at least one road track driver has specs that give almost neutral steer to these beasts...will find the info when I can.
