Just wanted to give a big shout out to Roanoke Dodge in Roanoke, IL for the OUTSTANDING work they recently did on my Challenger HCWB. I noticed something not quite right with my chassis setup after I put on the wider tires recently. Nothing too serious, I just thought it could be better. Within an hour they had the car dialed in EXACTLY the way I wanted it!

There's lots of "dealership fail" posts on the internet but that doesn't mean there aren't still some good ones out there. GREAT JOB GUYS!(y)

Its good to hear about honest/good dealer service work out there. Its a rare thing sadly with our cars now a days. Wish I lived nearer to you OP.

What exactly did they adjust on the chassis? And what was the new wider tire size you had installed on your HCWB?

The new tires are Conti DWS06+ in P315/35-20 XL all around. No rubbing, no fussing, just good clean traction for days. Here's a related thread.

Adjustments were front toe, caster, and camber. Rear was just a bit of rear toe...not a ton of adjustability there to work with. I didn't bring a paper copy of the alignment work home this time, so I'll have to ask for a copy next time I'm in. I'm probably too picky about this kind of thing...but I DO appreciate it when it's JUST RIGHT!

Their shop does the suspension setups for several racing Viper teams. They haul the cars in, dial them in for whatever track they are on that week, then send 'em out. Unless they smash something the minor changes those teams can handle on their own I'm sure! They mostly come in to get a solid baseline OR to get a custom setup for a track the owner/driver has never been on before.

Big Daddy, you are correct about not much adjustability. Unless they added some things, they adjusted the front and rear toe. BUT, I’ll agree 100% if either one (darn worse if both are off) of those settings are not right, the car will do really interesting and not good things. Get it right, and yes it feels like a different car. It took me years in my own garage to discover what those guys obviously know. Enjoy it, because they roll down the road great when it is right.
