Check Engine Light Borla Rookie

Friends, thank you in advance for your help. I bought a 2016 Challenger Hellcat yesterday. 16,000 miles. When I got home from dealership (3 hour drive), the check engine light came on. Took immediately to local dealer. Found that prior owner installed an awesome Borla system, but it is causing multiple error codes to trip. A few questions: 1) is there any easy fix? 2) does this harm my extended warranty in any way? Dealer says they will pay to switch out the exhaust back to original since they did not disclose. I love the sound but have concerns over passing inspection if the check engine light stays on. I live in Raleigh, NC. Very grateful for any advice.

Dude. WHAT ARE THE CODES?
It's like going into a doctors office and saying it hurts when I do this.
But NOT DOING ANYTHING.
Also apparently you answered your own second question. If they're willing to replace the exhaust then apparently the answers is NO it won't effect your warranty.
Jesus Christ. I'm done with the internet for today.
