Only codes I've thrown is when I pulled the active exhaust fuse. P018D is 'Fuel Pressure Sensor Circuit High Voltage'. Wish I had more info.. I can't remember if the Diagnostics page in the DID only displays active codes, or if it displays stored/historical codes too. Try disconnecting your battery and see if the code is still there. If it isn't it was stored..
